Can I list a property for free? Yes — free owner accounts can submit a basic listing, receive inquiries, and manage basic listing information. Advanced property management features require a paid plan.
Are marketplace listings and managed properties counted together? No. They are separate entitlements, so listing a property for sale does not consume a managed-property slot.
When am I billed? Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Live billing is not activated without explicit approval.
